We have a new server wide Vent server now for anyone that wants to join. Everyone is welcome to join in, and every guild is welcome to have their own channel. If you would like to get your own channel with a password just send a PM to one of the GMs and we can set it up for you.
Please use your in-game name as your vent username, so that everyone knows who you are. Also please only go into your own races channel. If we have people abusing this to spy, then you will get banned from vent.

I just want to post this reminder to everyone about our vote shops rules for voting. Please make sure you read and understand these rules before you vote for GP: Vote Shop Rules
Lately I have not been banning abusers, and only wiping their GP to 0, because there was not that many people abusing. However people are starting to abuse it more and more and I am going to start banning people again, so read and follow the rules...it is very simple.

New Patch: Download
Download this patch if you have already downloaded the Full patch that was posted in December. Just extract this patch into your main RF folder and over-write all files.

Download this patch if you did not download the Full patch that was posted in December, or any new players just download this patch only. This will be the only patch that you will need, as it includes all of the patches.
Update Notes:
- Elven Land PBs and Sealed PBs(including gaurds) editing is now complete, I will post a guide with more info about them
- Added Gaurdian and Strength Booster abilities to Elven PB drops
- Edited the Crimsons weapons and added in new Infinity weapons that will now drop from Sealed PBs, I will also post a guide for these
- Increased the booty drop rate on some mobs to help people with farming(ABs, Red hairs, Thunder/Tyrant Lizards, Elven Summoners)
- Tyrant Lizards will also drop level 57 armors now
- Flame Draco PB regen has been increased slightly
- The drop rate of the special elementals that Flame Draco and Ringleader PBs drop has been greatly increased
- Dark Elven Knights have been changed to level 60 and now give slightly more exp and Holy Elven RoyalGaurds have been increased to level 63 and increased in exp
- Class redefine Pills have been lowered in Price from 15k Gold down to 5k Gold
- Beginners Rings/Ammy, Red/Blue Stones, and Talic Crystals are now possible to trade
- All elemental ammos now do the same damage as the beam elemental ammo(useful for relic/crimson weapons)
- Elemental beam ammo has been increased from 1k to 2k clips, and all of the launcher and acc spec ammo in HQ has been increased from 100 to 500 clips
- INT ammo that drops from Elven Land PBs has been increased in damage so that it actually worth using
- Constrict has been put back to its original 10 second duration, however the cooldown has been reduced to 15 sec(we will try this for a while and see how it goes like we tried the increased duration for the past couple weeks)
- Holy Chandra's Recall skill has been reduced to a 5 min cooldown instead of 10 min.
- BattleLeader's Nimble Joint cooldown has been reduced to 10 sec instead of 20 sec
- Added 0.5 speed to Acc DH elemental rings, since Acc rings are supposed to give speed bonus
- The Gift Boxes that you get from rare ore have been completely redone and now give lots of better rewards, and the recycled boxes now give Dragon armor pieces
- Added some drops to some special Event Mobs, however they seem to not be working properly yet, so I will need to edit them a bit more
- Sadly I had some problems with the Potions file, so I was not able to add 6k Potions ingame this time, however I will be working on it still for the next update
- There will probably be another update sometime in the next 5-6 weeks with many more improvements
When the new patch is available tomorrow there will be some client fixes to go with the above update, and also a fix for the snow gun weapon so that you will be able to equip it without getting and error.

Firegaurd Passwords |

Please stop sending me, or other GMs, PMs to recover FG passwords. GMs are not responsible for your FG pass. If you need to recover it, use the built in system with the question and answer.
Everyone please make sure you update your FG question and answer to something that you know the answer to, it does you no good if you can not remember what answer you put. This is your ONLY way to recover FG pass, so I suggest you listen to my advice and make sure you know the answer to your FG question.
Since the pw reset a few weeks ago, there is just too many people trying to scam accounts, for us to give out FG pass to anyone that asks, I am sorry. This is for the protection of everyone's accounts, so please understand why we can not just recover FG pass for people.

As a present to the whole server I decided to get this update out for everyone to enjoy. Also the EXP has been boosted and will stay boosted until at least Jan. 1st.
New Patch:
Download the patch from just ONE of the links below and extract this patch into your RF Novus Client and make sure you over-write all of the old files.
List of changes in this update:- 100% exp pills have been added to Rare supply trader for 2k gold
- Warehouse Expansion Capsules have been added to Rare supply trader for 25 million race currency(this item expands your banker storage by one page)
- 1500 FP and 800 SP Potions have been added to HQ Alchemist/Mechanic
- EXP for level 60+ has been increased by a large amount to make up for lack of higher level mobs
- Halostone PIECES have been added at a low rate to HQ pbs and all Elan pbs
- Herodian Chips have been added at a low rate to all Elan pbs
- COMPLETE Halostones have been added to the 4 Elven pbs
- Elven pbs attack power and regen has been greatly reduced so that they are possible to kill (will still require many people and probably some level 60s)
- Attack power and regen of the Sealed pbs in the dimensions has been greatly reduced (will probably require level 60s and some level 65s to kill still)
- Crimson weapons have been increased in attack power slightly and made into level 60 requirement(was 55)
- Dragon set armors have been added to Elven pbs with a low drop rate(we may change the way you can get Dragon set in future)**BTW thanks to Majketu for fixing the Dragon set on our client**
- All color Excelsior pieces have been added at a high rate to Kurs/Currs(VC), Naroom Patrol(OC), and Elven Summoners(Elven Land) **this should help specs or anyone else that is in need of excelsiors**
- Catapults range slightly increased, but not back to where it was at start of 2.2.3(half way between the original nerfed range and the bugged 2.2.3 range)
- Hora DH now give 2x more exp and also gives 2.5k PvP points(DH rewards will be edited more later on)
What will be coming very soon:- Adventure's constrict will be increased to 20 seconds
- Some ammo's will be increased in size(more ammo per clip) and possibly adding some different ammo at different NPCs
- working on modding Dementors skill, but so far no luck D:
- DH rewards will be tested and changed a bit
- Will add 7k HP pots for a test run, we will try them for 1 week and let everyone vote on it whether or not we should keep them or get rid of them
- We will add halostone pieces to Settlement PBs
- We will turn HQ/Settlement PBs into higher level pbs that drop higher level items, will also make elan pbs drop 55 items instead of 50
- I think some other things that I can not think of atm
With this update(and some hard work on your part) you will now be able to combine many of the items from THIS THREAD. Make sure you DL the patch so that you are not missing any of the files!!
